The fuel prices provided at the Service are submitted to the Department of Commerce by third parties. Whilst every effort is made by the Department of Commerce to ensure the accuracy of this information, the Department of Commerce and its suppliers do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or that the information provided through the Service will be timely and free of error or omission. The Department of Commerce does not accept responsibility of loss suffered as a result of reliance by you upon the accuracy or currency of information contained in the Service.

The provision of this Service is strictly governed by the Petroleum Products Pricing Act (1983).
Unless the Department of Commerce otherwise authorises you in writing, you are provided with access to this Service only for your private and domestic use.
