Simply complete the registration and you should then receive your first FuelWatch email within a few days. If you need more assistance our detailed instructions for subscribing may help.
If you live in the metro area, make sure you check your daily email, as this will alert you if a new price cycle is commencing on the following day.
Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of your FuelWatch email. Please note that this will remove you permanently from the FuelWatch database. If you just want to put your email service on hold instead, please see Q4 for instructions.
Click on the subscription link in your FuelWatch email. Then, tick, or "untick" the email box. Don't forget to save!
If you don't have a FuelWatch email to use, log into your FuelWatch account with your email address and password (top right corner of this webpage). Then, click on "update search details", tick, or "untick" the email box. Don't forget to save!

Please note, your email lists the cheapest sites matching your search criteria. It does not monitor specific sites. If a site is not listed in your email, it is either not one of the cheapest, not an active site or is excluded by your search criteria.
Up to 10 suburbs can be selected. Up to 10 brands can be selected. FuelWatch recommends you do not select any brands, as this means you automatically receive the cheapest prices in your area.
Click on the subscription link in your FuelWatch email, which brings you to your search criteria page. Click "update personal details". After you have made any changes, don't forget to save!
If you don't have a FuelWatch email to use, log in to your FuelWatch account with your email address and password (top right corner of this webpage). Click "update personal details", modify your preferences and then click save.
Please check your Spam and Junk folders first, and add fuelwatch@commerce.wa.gov.au as a safe sender. If you still do not receive your FuelWatch emails, please contact us. Please also include a phone number otherwise any advice we email you may also be blocked.
Enter your email address on the "Forgot password" page. A hint will then be displayed. If you still don't know your password, click on the provided link, and it will be emailed to you directly from our database.
If you are an email subscriber, you don't need to enter your email address and password to access your FuelWatch record. Just click on the subscription link at the bottom of your FuelWatch email to automatically log-in in to the website.
You will only receive the cheapest stations in your selected area. If a specific retailer is missing they were more expensive than the other retailers listed in your area for that day. You may also wish to check your search criteria (see Q5 for instructions), to ensure you have not excluded the site with your choices.
If you choose only one fuel product to monitor, up to ten prices for that product will be listed in your email (dependent on your search criteria). If you choose to monitor more than one fuel product, up to five prices for each product will be listed.

The Trip Planner will change the way you think about planning your holiday. It will tell you where along your journey you can find the cheapest fuel - meaning you can spend less on petrol and more on fun!!!
Simply select where you are leaving 'From' and where you are going 'To'. The Trip Planner will show you a dynamic map of your journey showing the location of all the service stations along your travel route and give you an easy opportunity to identify the best fuel pit stops. Not all regional sites fall within FuelWatch boundaries, so some prices will not be available.
If you only want to show regional sites during your search please tick the 'Exclude Metro Sites' box on this page.
If you sign in, an additional tab called "My Prices" appears on the front page of the website, showing details matching your personalised search criteria.
After 2.30pm each day, you can view today's and/or tomorrow's prices. This may be useful if you want to check prices before you receive your FuelWatch email. Please note, it will only list the cheapest 10 prices. If you monitor more than one fuel product, you may only see the cheapest prices for one type. However, you can simply conduct a search on your alternate fuel type for its cheapest listings.
You can also change your search criteria or personal details. Click "update search details" or "update personal details" to change your preferences. Don't forget to save if you make any changes!

Tomorrow's prices are available from 2.30pm each day. Retailers change their prices at 6am, or from whenever they open, if it is later than 6am.
