Logging into My FuelWatch

Once you've registered for My FuelWatch (registering is quick and easy - to find out how, click here), it's simple to log in whenever you want to retrieve your "My Prices" search, or to change your My FuelWatch e-mail options. At the top of each page of the website you will see a section labelled "My FuelWatch Login":

Simply enter in your e-mail address in the "Username" box, and your password in the "Password" box, and click on the "Go" button. The screen should update to show that you are logged in!

Forgotten your password? No problem! Below the login box is a link to "Forgot Password", that will allow you to retrieve your password hint, or to have your password e-mailed to you.

This page will ask for your e-mail address. Enter the address you subscribed to FuelWatch with, and click "Retrieve Password". Your password hint will be displayed on screen (hopefully you can remember it now!); if you didn't provide us with a password hint, or still can't remember, click the link to have your password e-mailed to you. Your password should arrive in your inbox in a few minutes.

Unsubscribing from My FuelWatch

For whatever reason, if you want to unsubscribe it's easy. Make sure you are logged in (for help with logging in, click here). Under the "My FuelWatch" menu is an item called "Update Personal Details" - click on this to be taken to your details page. At the bottom of the page is a checkbox that says:

If this box is not checked, then you will be unsubscribed. Make sure that once you've cleared the box you click the "Finish" button - and you won't receive My FuelWatch e-mails anymore! (We'll be sorry to see you go...)
